The Illidari Council is made up with 4 bosses including Gathios the Shatterer, High Nethermancer Zerevor, Lady Malande, and Veras Darkshadow. Reliquaries of Souls are formed by Essence of Suffering, Essence of Desire and Essence of Anger.It was a great challenge from chaos and tyranny.
