Announcement - the Payment Error about Starpass –SMS
Hereby we sincerely apology for the inconvenience we brought to the clients with an issue about non-reply codes after sending payment message to Starpass recently.
After our timely and constant communication with Starpass, there is the finial explanation to this glitch: The operator Orange temporarily cut off the access to 81168 service (€4.5 per one code) offered by Starpass to prevent users from a mass of phishing attacks.
