After leaving the trainee town, there are only nice jobs waiting for new players: Strider, Dark Magician, Sorcerer, Fighter, Kahuna, Spirit Singer, Holy Warrior, Cleric and Breeder. Here seems that may seem like a bunch of jobs are available for you but actually there are only three classes here: Warriors, Mages, and the Pet classes.
*Warriors
As in all MMORPGs, Warriors are always playing the role of fighter. This type of class has the characteristics with huge swords or canes and against everything easily. It represents the most common but prominent character in the game. Since each race in Rappelz has its own warriors, let me outline them respectively.
Asura: Strider
For the race Asura, its warriors are called Strider with pretty decent damages very well.
Another important note for Striders: They are able to use two swords at the same time. No wander they have the powerful beating capability.
Gaia: Fighter
Fighters are the warrior class of the Gaias. Their incomparable balance of damage is the most feature themselves. Besides that, Fighters can also choose the to use a long bow or two dual axes.
Deva: Holy Warrior
Holy Warriors are the warriors for Deva. That are able to deal damage by charming or swing. They can go to Knights or Soldiers as you wish.
